For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping timelines vary by destination but generally take 7-12 working days depending on customs clearance.
Do you offer customization or alterations for your outfits?
Currently, we only offer standard sizes as listed in our size chart. We do not provide custom stitching or alterations to maintain the integrity of our original designs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For international orders, we accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, have all tags attached, and are accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
